Pop Dog Press website is ALL NEW

Hey every pup! As CED (Chief Executive Dog) of HM's site Pop Dog Press, I've finally had to crack the whip and get her to redesign the website. She put the old one up quickly just to have a web presence, and never went back to update it.
UNTIL TODAY! It's ALL NEW, freshly redesigned, and I'd love for you to check it out and let me know what you think!!!

Hope you all are enjoying your DOGS RULE Day today! I was treated to some nice baked cookies and will be heading out for a romp at the dog park later today! It's a gorgeous Saturday in the "great white north" and we are taking advantage of the good weather while it lasts!!

Saturday Oct. 11 is DOGS RULE Day!

Pedigree has named this Saturday, October 11 DOGS RULE Day! Check out their website for a list of great things to do with your dog to celebrate!

Here are some of my favourites:

101 Ways to celebrate Dogs Rule® Day.

1. Adopt a dog! What better way to celebrate than with a new best friend. Find a shelter dog at DogsRule.com

3. Play fetch til your arm falls off.

11. Give her the other half of your sandwich. Just this once.

12. No baths. None.

22. Give him his own website (or blog!). (CHECK!)

74. Watch a dog movie marathon.

75. Put a picture of her on your keyring. (CHECK!)

98. Take him squirrel chasing.

How will YOU be celebrating DOGS RULE Day???

NEW! Breed Keychains in the Pop Dog Press Etsy Store!

Hey everypup!

HM has FINALLY photographed and started uploading her new keychains on our Etsy page! Feel free to sniff around, shop and pass it on!!

New breeds to be added every week!! We are trying to represent as many pure-breeds as we can first, then add some of the new designer hybrids (Goldendoodle, Shih-poo, etc.) and sports related keychains (for agility, flyball, disc, etc.). So just keep checking back.

HM decided to create these as she couldn't find too many Manchester Terrier accessories! So she made her own! She has been busy making all these by hand - designing them, then printing and cutting and assembling them all on her own!

Just Hanging Around

HM's been pretty busy this weekend, places to go, people to see. So I'm just hanging out. Hope you all have a great weekend!!

Manchester's Rocked at the FCI Agility World Championships!

Finally found some video on the two Manchester Terrier's that competed at the FCI AWC last weekend!

BIG CONGRATS to Stephanie Tiemann and Chilly for winning a silver medal in the Medium Individual class!! WHOOOO-HOOOOO!!! You are a team HM and I aspire to be like!! You can see more of this team at their YouTube page HERE!

Another team was from the Czech Republic: Eva Sulcova and Jimy. They had a bobble, but represented well!!! There were only 2 Manchester Terrier's out of the WHOLE field of dogs!! (mostly made up of Border Collies and Shelties!)

The courses were really tricky with lots of twists and turns!! Congrats to all the dogs and handlers who competed!!

Here are videos of both teams:

We're on Etsy..and we've been Exposed!!

HOW COOL! HM finally listed some items on her Etsy page last night, and we got a great email this morning from Etsy Treasury...we've been "Exposed" as a great new find!! Yay!!

So feel free to go check out our page, and bookmark it! We'll be adding the new Pop Dog Press All-breed dog key chains soon!!!

PawsWay Exhibit Wrap-up

So we are home and tired from a long weekend at the exhibit, but had a furtastic time! I met lots of doggies and HM enjoyed talking about her paintings and getting a nice response to her new all-breed key chains!

My human Gramma and our friend Jen and her Toy Manchester Hamlet came to visit us today and keep us company too. They took pics on their cameras..so when we get those, we'll post..but in the mean time, HM took some on her cell phone.

Our table!

Wrapping up at PawsWay today!

Cosmo, posing with his Pop Dog Portrait!

Today is the last day to see HM and her Pop Dog Portraits at PawsWay! I've been on hand all weekend helping at her table, and greeting friendly dogs and humans!

Will post pics of the event tonight!!
