Stella and I have only been to Pawsway a couple of times and not to an offleash section. It was so busy, the second time we were there someone spilled hot coffee on Stella! I am thinking it is not so busy now, though, (we were there when it had just opened) so we are planning to walk there on our lunch hour one of these days.
