Fan Mail!

Hey pups! I started blogging over a year ago, and I am always happy when I get pups and people leaving me comments and knowing that something I've posted has resonated with someone in the blogosphere.

I've received some pawesome products to try, HM has gotten some books to read...and I've even had some fan mail!!

YES! Last week I received a furtastic email from Ollie, a 5 year old Mannie from Atlanta:

Hello, Simba! My name is Micka's Oliver Wendell Holmes (but you can call me Ollie). I'm a 5 year old Standard Manchester Terrier. I live in Atlanta, Georgia, USA with my mom and my sister, Angie. My mom's a two-legger. My sister is a 3 year old Doberman Pinscher. Mom's at work right now, so I've snuck on to her computer to play on the internet. I love searching for other Manchester Terriers online. That's how I found your blog! I just loved your "edumacation" about Dobermans, Chesters and MinPins. Every time we go to the dog park, people ask if Angie is my MOTHER. UGH! Mom has to show them my grey muzzle and explain that I'm older, and that I'm a pure bred, AKC registered Manchester Terrier. No one seems to know what we Chesters are! Mom has even made me a T-Shirt that says "I am NOT a MinPin!" But I really hate to wear it. I prefer to show off my glossy black coat.

Anyway, I just wanted to say "Hi!" and to thank you for the blog. I'll bookmark it on Mom's computer - maybe when she finds it, she'll send a link to all her friends and "edumacate" them, too!
